Today, I want to address an issue that’s becoming increasingly prevalent: the lack of natural beauty.
We receive many applications, but unfortunately, we have to reject 8 out of 10 models. Why is that?
Many models no longer have any natural features. Lips full of fillers, often poorly done and not suited to the face. Cheeks injected, the same surgeon-made nose, hair extensions, and inflated breasts. Yet, we and our clients are desperately seeking natural beauty—the classic model type: natural, tall, slim, and athletic.

It pains me personally to see what so many young women are doing to themselves. They all end up looking the same, like something out of a catalog of artificiality. But what makes each of us special is our individuality. You are beautiful just the way you were born!
Our little quirks or what we perceive as flaws are what make us unique. Are your lips a bit thinner? That’s wonderful! Are your breasts small? Perfect! They stand firm and proud. You don’t need to artificially enhance them. You’ll be successful through your natural appearance and your wonderful personality.
It’s becoming increasingly difficult for us to find suitable models because even the natural ones often eventually make slight adjustments, and suddenly, you have a different person in front of you. It’s truly a shame because we’ve found that our natural models always have an advantage at every appointment. They get the jobs that everyone desires… because that’s exactly what’s in demand: natural beauty!
If you want to increase your chances of getting a job, always remember to stay true to yourself. Don’t let surgeries or procedures turn you into a doll.

In the end, everyone starts to look the same. And where are the women with natural charm? We think of the top models of the ’90s and early 2000s—someone like Claudia Schiffer, for example. Models like that are in high demand.
